Graham Symmonds

CEO – Global Water Expert, Engineer & Analyst

As a leader in the technical, environmental and utility fields, Graham has a solid reputation for technical excellence and outstanding analytical and presentment capabilities. For the past 25 years, Graham has developed and shaped organizations from the ground up, including design-build engineering, utility acquisition and ownership, and customer service and support systems. He has been instrumental in the development of policies and processes supporting the commercialization of technology in the water sector, including recycled water technology, advanced metering infrastructure and the Smart Grid for Water. He is the author of numerous publications supporting innovation in the water sector, including co-writing “The Smart Grid for Water – How Data will Save our Water and your Utility.”

Ajay Tanikella

COO – Platform Expert Architect, Data Strategist & Systems Builder

A customer-centric mindset has been central to Ajay’s entire entrepreneurial journey. A technologist at heart, Ajay has taken on the task of growing Pluvial into a highly impactful company using best-in-class systems and processes. He has 23+ years of experience in the technology space and architecting of complex solutions. He is currently working as a Global Director at Microsoft. Ajay has held several senior management positions at Microsoft, Global Water Fathom, Capgemini, CSC to name few. He has a true passion for being the best and constantly thinks outside the box to engineer a solution, better than ever existed. He is responsible for driving platform strategy at Pluvial.

Syam Maradani

CTO – Farmer, Application Architect & Execution

A central and formative element of Syam’s childhood was watching his father run their agriculture business in India. As a farmer in California, Syam grows field crops, nut orchards, and vineyards. He is also co-founder of PACCORE solutions, a company focused on delivering cutting edge data and technology solutions to customers across the world. He has 20+ years of experience in product strategy and execution across several industries. At Pluvial, he brings in agricultural sector expertise and technical depth to transform and deliver AI-based solutions to our customers

Tony Taglia

CDO – Geospatial Expert, Data Assimilation & Analysis

Tony is a visionary in exploiting the value of geo-centric information for business purposes. He has deployed these skills in many real-world applications and situations, including electrical utilities, water and wastewater utilities, and billing/customer service. Tony develops, deploys and manages the Pluvial data model, including temporal, spectral and geospatial data elements. As an expert in GIS, Pluvial relies on Tony’s in-depth capability to analyze, reduce and present information in a clear and concise manner for our Clients.
